Tree value

When evaluating a forest holding, we take into account each individual tree growing in it and assess its condition. The value of a tree is determined by its type, age, height, volume and stem quality.

We use special age-drills to determine the age of trees, electronic height gauges to determine their height, electronic callipers for diameter and volume measurement. GPS devices assist in orientation in the forest and the data on the trees is stored and managed directly via the internet.
